Steve Jobs Will Continue to Inspire Entrepreneurs

“I want to put a ding in the universe”

Yes Steve, you have dinged the universe.

I recently heard that Steve Jobs has resigned. Steve has done more to other companies than for Apple. Since the Mac to iPhone to iPad, we have continuously seen Apple’s impact on its competitors who consistently try to get a little piece of cake.

I believe that you cannot make money in past and all of Apple’s competitors are not innovating anything new.

Steve has contributed a lion’s share in tech industry. He is personally a role model for me. I’ve written several articles on his vision and leadership.

Steve will be seen as Henry Ford of tech industry.

Anyway, I believe Apple will continue to thrive. But there is a string attached to it and that’s Steve’s narrowed focus. Without Steve Jobs, I believe in 5 to 10 years from now we will see some real difference.

If Apple lost its focus on perfecting things then we can say that it’s the true impact of Steve’s absence.

Steve has created Apple “a cult of secrecy.”

His way of leading inspired me and many entrepreneurs to see things differently. His impact can be clearly seen on everything Apple does. Even in Apple’s keynote, he sits down and make sure everything looks as perfect as he thought.

This is just my personal opinion but Apple hasn’t made any mistakes in the reign of Steve. (well… except Ping)

But without Steve, I expect Apple to make some mistakes. But not right now, it will take a lot of time to see that happen.

Steve lives vegetarian and a hardcore Buddhist life. Steve hates people trying to tell him what to do, yet he loves arguments and opinions.

Reign of Terror

Steve was a hardcore boss and a control freak. Steve always want to make things as perfect as possible. I remember I read an article longs time ago in which he was quoted – “We’re not designing a computer, we’re designing a Porche.”

I think that the whole tech industry has been influenced to its root by Apple. Every major product of Apple has been a blockbuster, from iPhone, iPod, iPad to the “Mac.”

I remember I used to watch the ads of candy color macs and desired to have one. It was one of the first few things in my life that I desired.

I think it is the best time to buy Apple stocks. Stocks will rise during the launch of iPhone 5.

I believe that Apple has successfully connected with the market and of course us. Everything they does echoes in eternity. Apple will continue to thrive. Its always Apple, and everyone else. Its always iPhone and everyone else, iPad and everyone else, Mac and everyone else (from hardware point of view)

Apple’s got a team of Jonathan Ive, Tim Cook and of course the man behind click wheel – Phil Schiller.

As long as these guys follow Jobs vision, I won’t sell my Apple stocks.

But the question is whether they can keep the momentum with the high demanding tech industry for the coming ten years?

Jobs had some magic powers, he knows what people want. But do these people possess the same powers?

Well, Jobs gonna be around just like Steve Wozniak and Guy Kawasaki. He will continue to give his wisdom to these guys. So I believe it’s nothing to worry.

Over all, I can say that this guy who’s leadership style changed the world, shall continue to live on.

Steve… you changed my life. Thank you for … everything.
