This ONE SIMPLE Strategy Drastically Altered My Reality

How ANYONE can build a SaaS-based business and grow it using one simple strategy

Today I’m gonna talk about one strategy that drastically altered the reality of how I used to do business and serve my clients.

And lemme tell you one thing, a lot of industry veterans might hate on me for revealing this to you, they might call me names and stuff, though it won’t matter as it would reveal them to be a bit hypocritical. Because I know some of the biggest companies in the world do this too. (I’ll share an example below)

All righty, let’s begin!

So I was reading this article yesterday by Chris Janz and I instantly related to his message.

However, here is the thing, when I show the SA model to people, they think that it might be easier, faster and simpler for them to build a killer SaaS business.

I mean the kinda business that makes you filthy rich.

But here is the thing, you can use that model to take your business from $0 to $2 million in annual revenue easily.

Ya know, SaaS businesses aren’t that hard to take to that mark, as you could learn from that article linked above.

There is a reason why top marketers are making their entire businesses around SaaS apps.

SaaS apps are THE best medium to build a strategic, long-term and wildly profitable BUSINESSES that are sellable. It is also a direct way to instantly solve your prospect’s problem, ya see what we do different with SA model is how we SELL that SOLUTION, i.e. the approach or the business model.

And with SA model, you can do it in a way that your margins are super high since advertising costs are almost negligible too.

Though I do talk about hiring sales rep in advanced stages but let’s keep this simple for the sake of a simple conversation we’re having right now.

So, How do you go beyond that?

Meaning how do you scale it?

So I’ve been thinking about it and I think that “nichification” of same SaaS source would be one way to go.

For example, You create an employee/client management system for Real estate brokers, you can rebadge it and sell it to lawyers, or contractors or advertising agency, you get the idea.

I call this “SaaS Rebadging”

For those of you who’re familiar with “App Reskinning.” It’s almost the same thing but with SaaS apps.

Then what? We tested that and it was one of the biggest aha moments that motivated me to create an entire company that incubates such businesses for equity + fees.

However this can only be done with SaaS Academy model and the reason is because it’s cheap and effective.


Because people don’t buy “features” they buy “Solutions”

Same solutions that WORKS for different problems in different niches.

Accenture® does it using the same process as well. (where do you think I stole it from lol)
